Our cycle is similar to the moon!


While men’s hormones are more like the sun, rising in the morning and falling in the evening, we function on what’s called an infradian rhythm, more similar to the moon. Men’s hormones peak daily, ours peak just once monthly!


So if the daily, typical 9-5 work schedule just doesn’t work for you, you’re not crazy or lazy, you’re just becoming aware that that’s not how your body is meant to function!
